Impact of Web-Based Learning Tools in Instructional Delivery of Computer Programming in Universities in Developing Countries

This research is focused on determining the impact of web-based learning tools in computer programming language for instructional delivery education universities Enugu State. 74 second-year students from State University and Nigeria participated this research. Due to manageable size population, a total population sampling technique was adopted. The Visual Basic Programming Achievement Test (VBPAT), devised by researcher, utilized collect data adopted Cronbach's Alpha coefficient test reliability. Statistic package social science used pre-test post-test. scores generated post-test were analyzed using VBPAT. Mean answer questions analysis covariance (ANCOVA) three hypotheses formulated that guided study at 0.5 level significance (SPSS). Students experimental group given structured questionnaire gauge their interest Language when taught via strategy. show high visual basic utilizing technique. Furthermore, results hypothesis demonstrated major distinction mean achievement between learners trained strategy those traditional teaching For reason, it recommended more effective than methods enhancing students' achievement.
